NGX listed Chams Holding Company Plc (Chams HoldCo), a leading Nigerian technology group specializing in digital solutions, identity management, and electronic payment systems, has strengthened its Board with the appointment of two high-profile professionals ; Mr. Olabisi Makanjuola, a Partner at Olaniwun Ajayi LP, and Mr. Femi Okanlawon — as Non-Executive Directors, effective from May 1, 2026.
The company disclosed this in a disclosure to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX).Mr. Olabisi Makanjuola is a Partner and Head of the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at the leading law firm, Olaniwun Ajayi LP. He is the immediate past Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Lagos Branch, and currently serves on the Governing Council of the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse. He is highly regarded for his expertise in complex corporate disputes, capital market regulations, commercial contracts, fraud, white-collar crimes, and infrastructure projects. He has been recognized by Legal 500 as a “Rising Star” (2022), “Next Generation Partner,” and a Recommended Lawyer.
Mr. Femi Okanlawon is a successful businessman and major stakeholder in the real estate industry. He founded two CBN-licensed financial institutions — Snow Microfinance Bank Limited and Snow Financial Company Limited. A strong technology professional, he holds a Computer Science qualification from Yaba College of Technology, an M.Sc. in Computer Science and an MBA in International Business from Lagos State University, and completed the Advanced Management Programme (AMP) at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He previously served as the pioneer General Manager of Super Card Limited (a Chams Group company), where he played a key role in pioneering card technology solutions in Nigeria.
